Job Description:

Provides administrative and clerical support to the NRC Grant; prepares complex forms and reports. Responsible for appropriate expenditure and requisition processes. Oversees the student tracking; assist with budget management and purchase requisitions, in accordance with college policy. Assists with T&E for grant reporting purposes. Responsible for Grant marketing and registration of Grant Funded courses.


  • Three years experience in office management/administration; Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; must be proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of student information systems a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures; excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and maintain flexibility
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse faculty, staff and student population
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, while managing short-and long- term projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment

Bunker Hill Community College is a multi-campus institution with vibrant, urban campuses in Boston, Massachusetts, in nearby Chelsea, Massachusetts, and at three satellite locations in the Greater Boston area. Recently re-certified as a Leader College by Achieving the Dream, BHCC is part of the Massachusetts public higher education system, which includes 15 community colleges. Salary:  859.76/wk. , NRC Grant through September 30, 2016

Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
