Responsible for assisting the Ticket Office Manager in the following duties: daily deposits for ticket office, daily reconciliation of ticket office sellers sales, calendaring and scheduling responsibilities, website management, event preparation activities such as arena chair chalking, taping, seat numbering etc. Opening and closing ticket office in normal work hours as well as nights and weekends. Special projects as arranged through Ticket Office Manager.
High School graduation or GED plus 3 years of experience related to the essential functions of the position.
Experience working in a ticket office and prior money handling positions preferred.
Able to navigate/learn the Veritix Ticketing System.
Basic computer knowledge, and basic money handling experience.
Knowledge and skills of basic accounting practices.
Supervisory skills with scheduling experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skillls both verbal and writtne.
Excellent customer service skills
Skills in basic money handling.
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work basic computer and ticketing system.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and general public.
