Detailed Job Description

Advises students regarding policies, procedures, services and resources for Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Student Identification.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree or any combination of post high school education and experience totaling four years.


Knowledge of student advisement, techniques, and methods.

Knowledge of standard office equipment and computer programs.


Skilled in computers and computer applications.


Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse student and staff population, and to handle conflicts in a professional manner.

Ability to multi-task and be proactive in problem solving and to anticipate student needs.

Pay Range

$25,665 to $32,082
