To recruit and enroll international students to all graduate level programs at the University.
Recruit international student to the campus for all graduate degree degree programs. To coordinate an international recruiting plan with the Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admission and the Director of International Admission. This includes visiting colleges, organizations and attending college fairs and other venues where prospective students are located.
Establish relationships with counselors, agencies, and students by providing accurate admission and campus information and to increase the applicant pool to the university. To include territory management. Attend events, mainly off campus, during the day, in the evening and on weekends. International travel 2-4 weeks per year.
Work with the Academic Deans to recruit students and coordinate MOU’s with foreign universities. Manage relationships with staff and students from international agencies and the on-campus ELS Center
Work with the Academic Deans to enroll students to the University. Facilitiate coordination of international graduate student enrollment and retention with the Office of International Student Services.
To represent the university to large audiences and to make informative and creative presentations to encourage enrollment. To counsel individuals and in a one-on-one setting about the university.
To perform data searches about individual applicants and to generate reports in Recruiter database so that data driven decisions can be made about recruitment territories.
To have a high level of proficiency in MicroSoft products including Power Point, Word, and HTML platforms.
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Associate Director of Graduate Admission and the Associate Dean of Admission
3-5 years of admission or marketing experience with international populations.
The hiring range for this position is dependent upon qualifications and departmental equity.
