Under the direction of the Program Manager – Degree Audit, assists with implementing curriculum changes, including prerequisites using the SCRIBE language as necessary. Assist the Graduation department with the running of Transit reports to capture program completed graduates. Apply pre-defined plans into Wolverine Track for students as requested by departments.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree and two years professional experience in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience or any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling six years. Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs.
Knowledge of curriculum content and history of programs.
Knowledge of graduation requirements.
Knowledge of banner and Wolverine Track degree audit system.
Knowledge of SCRIBE programming language.
Skilled in the use of Degree Works SCRIBE programming language.
Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets and database software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Banner.
Skilled in filing and records management.
Ability to work independently on a multi-task level.
Ability to prioritize and follow through to completion.
Ability to work with a diversity of personalities.
