Detailed Job Description

Responsible for assembling and editing the college catalog within the architecture of the digital catalog software. Primary responsibilities include updates to courses and programs of study, maintenance of the course catalog, and editing the catalog narrative to enhance the readability. The Editor and Coordinator manager will monitor the development and approval of the academic programs and courses. The Catalog Editor and Coordinator will review and verify accuracy of the college degree audit process to ensure consistency with the approved program of study.  

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of one year related experience
Experience as editor
Demonstrated ability to utilize editing software  

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated understanding of academic program requirements
Experience with web based publications
