Supervises the line operations for food outlets including Rockin’ Robbies, Taco Bell, Green Line Cafes, and Pizza Hut. Coordinates the work flow of cooks and supports the outlet staff in all operations. Supervises the cashiers, and opening closing procedures. Supervises and implements food handling procedures. Directs and performs cleanup duties for the designated areas.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus two years of staff level experience in Summary of Duties or equivalent education and experience totaling six years.
Knowledge of management operations in food services.
Skill in analyzing and interpreting business related documents such as technical procedures, government regulations, and recipes.
Skill in writing reports, evaluations, and standardized recipes.
Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from supervisors, co-workers, customers, and the general public.
Skilled in reading and interpreting related measurements of the industry such as pound, grams, temperature degrees, and to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions including the calculation and interpretation of such things as food costs, and other food service reports.
Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Must have the ability to interpret and act on a variety of instructions which may be furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
