Do you want to work as part of a Police Department overseeing all functions of the Card Office?
The Card Program Administrator is responsible for the distribution of Bentley University ID cards to students, faculty, staff, guests and contractors. Part of your responsibilities include the assignment of meal plans, Falcon Funds and other monies to the ID card as well as the collection of these funds. You will assign building clearance and access as well as the distribution of parking decals and passes while overseeing key control access for the university.
You will also review and approve key requests, authorizing and issuing keys to employees per the university's key control policy.  

Additional Description of Duties:

Responsible for annually publishing and editing the University's parking, rules and regulations pamphlet and maintain the department's web page associated with these rules and regulations.  

Position Qualifications

Associate's degree (or equivalent credits) in a business/computer discipline plus 5 years of related experience. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills with emphasis on knowledge of Blackboard, Banner and Microsoft Office applications; prior experience with Blackboard, ARMS parking software and C-Cure 9000 (electronic access systems) is preferred.  

Special Instructions to Applicants

Must possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted United States driver's license, with an insurable driving history as determined by Bentley's insurance carrier.
