Description of Duties:
Do you enjoy leading projects from RFP through post implementation? Are you a strong problem solver who can look at issues from multiple angles and address solutions at both conceptual and detail levels? If so, we have the job for you!

The IT Project Manager in the Administrative Computing department will work closely with departments to scope, review, and implement information technology projects across the university campus.

Additional Description of Duties: While working with departmental project teams, you will learn and implement enterprise technologies that touch Bentley's entire constituent base.

You will work with departmental leads or key users to transform business requirements into functional requirements, designs, and specifications for new projects. Additionally, the IT Project Manager will work with technical and business teams to assess vendor products, perform gap analysis, and make recommendations on purchasing.

Position Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years IT experience of which 2 or more years are project management oriented.

We seek a candidate with strong project management and analytical skills, including the ability to abstract key trends and issues from complex, detailed information. The candidate should also demonstrate a willingness and ability to take a deep dive into new technologies and become the subject matter expert for the duration of a project.
