The Work Order Control Assistant assists in the day to day operation of the Work Order Center in the Facilities Management department. Specific duties include processing work orders in Bentley's asset management software, time reporting, purchase orders, invoices and processing slips. The Work Order Control Assistant answers phones, dispatches calls over the radio, performs data entry, and facilitates training of new staff on system usage. This position serves as the front-line liaison between Facilities and the Bentley community and provides customer service to all constituencies.
