The Research/Media Specialist provides leadership and directs the development and implementation of all research products/services while also executing and administering the Real Estate Research Center's multimedia strategy.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience; OR Master's degree and a minimum of one year of experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong ability to work within a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Strong understanding of statewide and national media landscape. Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments/work product.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field. Not required but bonus attributes: 1) Understanding of CMS website platforms, 2) Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, 3) Strong familiarity with social networking sites and HTML 4) Interaction with media outlets at the local (city/county) level 59 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 42993.60 Midpoint - $ 62337.60
