Detailed Job Description

The HR Specialist provides professional human resource services in one or more of the following areas: recruitment, benefits, compensation, or employee relations.

Additional Department Summary:

As part of the Recruiting team, the Recruitment Systems Manager supports and optimizes the current recruiting system (PageUp), improves the system user experience, and implements future recruiting technology. Manages all configurations of existing PageUp recruiting system including workflows, forms, and integrations. Researches, tests, and implements any upgrades, enhancements or new product launches. Develops and provides PageUp training to end users including creation of training materials. Provides support to internal users including resolving end user issues, challenges, and requests. This position will also manage the recruitment process for specified areas of campus.

Required Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a human resources environment.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations.

Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex data issues to determine root cause. Results driven and able to drive issue resolution. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to present and provide clear, sequential and logical information and instructions to team members, end users as well as vendors at all organizational and varying technical skill levels. Must be self-motivated and able to function effectively when working independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience implementing and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System is preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred. 57 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 31969.56 Midpoint - $ 46342.44
