Detailed Job Description

The Project Manager will coordinate Anne Arundel Community College's activities related to the Cyber Pathways Across Maryland (CPAM) grant. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities with the Virtual Campus, subject matter experts and an educational technology contractor to develop learning materials for personally adaptive learning solutions (PALS), and will be responsible for collaborating with industry, educational technology contractor, CPAM management and CPAM consortium member colleges and students to develop, test, pilot, deliver and report on PALS and other grant deliverables.
*Position will start in September 2015  

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in cybersecurity, computer information systems, engineering or closely related field;
Experience designing and developing curriculum;
Experience in converting curriculum into open educational resources; Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and make presentations; Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to function effectively and tactfully with diverse populations such as students, administrators, faculty, staff, and the public.  

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree; Industry experience in cybersecurity;
Experience in converting curriculum into interactive/online environment; Experience in collaborating among multiple colleges; Experience collecting and analyzing learner data.
