Monitor and tracks expenditure budgets to ensure compliance with both internal and external budget policies, procedures and guidelines. Support’s the PBA process, training, conversations, and communication. Maintain budget office databases such as PBA, position control, fuel/power, and multiple contingency funds and indexes to support executive decision-making, Processes budget transfers and ePAFs.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field and one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience as described above totaling three years.
Knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
Skill with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in Excel. Effective and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
Ability to plan and organize time effectively.
Ability to work with multiple levels of leadership in the institution.
