Detailed Job Description

To provide high-level administrative support to the coaching staff and athletic program of an intercollegiate athletic team sport. Duties may include planning, coordinating and managing some or all of the following: recruiting activities; visits made by prospective student-athletes; arrangements for all home and away contests; promotional activities; monitor all activities for compliance with University, SEC and NCAA guidelines.

Additional Department Summary:

The Director of Player Development, Recruiting and Video Operations will work within the program on a daily basis to provide community and campus development for our student athletes. Assist the countable coaching staff in recruiting activities as allowed by NCAA rules. Coordinate all video and scouting needs according to SEC film exchange guidelines.

Required Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and some experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

Effective Communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of personal computers, cameras, and standard software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of collegiate women's basketball operations. Knowledge of NCAA and SEC policies. 56 Monthly (exempt): - Based on Qualifications
