Under the Direction of the Director of Prospective Student Services/Admissions, directs the function of Transfer Credit and Articulation. Directs, supervises and trains Coordinators, Specialists, and Assistants in all aspects of the Transfer Credit evaluation process. Monitors and maintains articulations between the university and other institutions.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a directly related field and three years experience related to the Summary of Duties or a combination of education and/or experience totaling seven years.
Knowledge of Transfer Credit best practices.
Knowledge of student advisement methods and techniques.
Knowledge of content and curriculum.
Skill in Supervision techniques and training practices.
Skill in word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
Skill in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skill in conflict resolution.
Ability to work with all levels of personnel.
Ability to work independently on a multi-task level.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Ability to prioritize and follow-through to completion.
Ability to work with diversity of personalities and to communicate effectively.
Ability to be highly detailed and accurate in work related issues.
