Under the direction of the Community and Continuing Education Director, responsible for all registrations, database/Aceware programming, and associated IT functions.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and two year experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and experience totaling six years.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience in Education, Administration, Business/Marketing, or a closely related field; OR an associate’s degree as described above and five years of experience related to the summary of duties; OR any combination of education and/or experience related to the summary of duties totaling seven years.
Basic knowledge of html and registration databases such as Aceware and/or Banner. Working knowledge of Google office suite.
Proficient in use standard office equipment and MS Office Suit.
Effective communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to build relationships with diverse constituents and organizations.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with good organization and coordination techniques.
Proven skills in organization and maintenance of effective records management and information systems.
Ability to apply effective general principles to specific conditions and policies and follow written-oral procedures and instructions.
