Job Description:

Serve as the scholarship coordinator for all institutional funds. Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, phones, mailing, front desk coverage and some correspondence. Provide timely information to assist students in understanding and completing the scholarship and financial aid application. Assist with yearly Honors and Awards ceremony. Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Three years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in office work required; a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population
  • Knowledge of financial aid preferred

Additional Information

 Salary: $423.53/wk @ 20hrs/wk.  

Shift: Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m. and Thursday  9:00a.m.-3:00p.m.
