Under the guidance of the Chef de Cuisine, and in collaboration with the Catering Manager, the Catering Production Supervisor (CPS) develops a wide variety of menus, recipes and Event orders for various tiers of catering events. This a hands-on role assisting in the production of well prepared food items, while providing direction, supervision and leadership to kitchen staff and utility personnel. The CPS serves as an intrinsic part of the program for new catering on-call employee training and assists with on-going training in catering production. The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and enforcing sanitation levels for all kitchen areas both on and off-site, including all preparation and serving areas. In addition, the CPS actively participates in a team setting, with keen attention to customer service, and to culinary and visual detail in support of dining's mission.
