Under the direction of the SCUP counselor, instructs students K-16 one on one and provides academic tutoring assistance, tracks progress, and reports to SCUP counselor.
Graduation with a high school diploma or GED. Obtained a B average or better in courses that you will be grading. Transcripts will be checked.
Advanced knowledge in math, science, business, or English.
Skill and ability in effective verbal and written communication.
Skill and ability in maintaining accurate records for official files.
Ability to relate to and work successfully with a diversity of students.
Ability to work independently and be dependable.
Ability and commitment to follow through with assignments, schedules, and appointments.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism as a representative of the university.
