• Develop and oversee training for clinical supervisors, faculty, school-based educators, university students, and other affected personnel using the LiveText Field Experiences Management Module (FEM) of the Clinical Assessment System (CLAS).
• Work closely with Student Services, the College of Education Dean’s office, and Department Heads in assuring the unit wide digital Clinical Assessment System plan.
• Advise Student Services and academic areas to assure compliance with NCATE Legacy/CAEP standards with the digital Clinical Assessment Plan
• Oversee implementation of digital Clinical Assessment System across the College of Education unit
• Research, test, and implement technologies necessary for the success of digital system
• Advise and update clinical instructors involved with digital system.
• Evaluate digitized clinical assessment system on a routine basis; recommend and implement necessary improvements.
• Supervise student interns
• Teach coursework in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction
• Provide service to the program, within the University, to state and local education agencies, and to relevant professional organizations

Position: Clinical Assistant Professor of Curriculum and Instruction (Non-Tenure Track: 1 year renewable)
Qualifications:
• Earned doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction
• 3 years minimum teaching experience in elementary or secondary education
• Evidence of scholarly potential
• Ability to teach courses and supervise student interns in elementary or secondary education
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction including alternative delivery models
