Detailed Job Description

The Coordinator of Career & Leadership Development will provide comprehensive career development and professional employment services to student athletes interested in various careers. The incumbent will also be responsible for coordinating and implementing leadership programs for student athletes.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, or a Master's degree.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Skills and Knowledge:

Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and public speaking skills. Knowledge of personal computers and standard software programs. Knowledge of career theory and leadership development. Ability to drive with access to personal transportation. Ability to work outside of traditional work hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree and relevant work experience in a college/university setting (career services, student services, counseling, business, or human resources) is preferred. 57 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 31969.56 Midpoint - $ 46342.44
