Detailed Job Description

The Associate Director for Program Development and Marketing will provide leadership in the areas of developing, managing, and marketing credit programs in partnership with each academic college at UA.

Additional Department Summary:

Academic Outreach supports the delivery of all distance programs for the academic units on campus. This position reports to the Assistant Dean and will work in collaboration with other area leadership to ensure that all the functional areas supporting distance education work together to build collaborate relationships across the three units, as well as with the academic partners.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree and a minimum of five years of experience; OR Doctoral degree and a minimum of two years of related experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

Excellent communication skills, ability to design evaluation and research projects, excellent interpersonal skills, experience with budgeting, financial management, and supervision of personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree field in education, adult education, communications, or business preferred. Experience in higher education, continuing education, K-12 education, communications, technology, or business preferred. Experience in a college or university environment preferred. Prefer direct experience in the development and administration of academic credit programs for non-traditional student audiences. 60 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 49878.36 Midpoint - $ 72321.60
