The Department of Philosophy at The University of Alabama is searching for a philosopher to fill a three-year renewable instructorship, beginning August 16, 2015. The instructorship is non-tenure-earning, but is renewable based on need, funding and performance. Courses to be taught may include Introduction to Philosophy; Introduction to Ethics, Critical Thinking, and introductory political philosophy.
