Detailed Job Description

Assist in providing comprehensive customer service in person and via telephone, mail and on-line. The Student Services Assistant is responsible for providing general assistance in enrollment intake, records and registration, accounts receivable and financial aid to student and staff promptly, courteously and accurately.  

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years of customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with students and the public
knowledge of Microsoft Office and general internet experience.  

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree
