The Assistant Director of Development Operations and Stewardship assist in the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Development Office to ensure established work priorities are properly executed.

Additional Department Summary:

This position will further assist in planning and managing all stewardship efforts and activities for the Crimson Tide Foundation and coordinate special projects, as needed.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience; OR Master's degree and some related experience. Valid U.S. driver's license required. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Skills and Knowledge:

Good public relations and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use personal computer for word processing and to use standard software packages.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in athletic administration, communication, business, development, or public relations. Experience within Intercollegiate Athletics is preferred. Experience with Paciolan Ticketing and Donor Software is preferred. .58 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 37065.60 Midpoint - $ 53747.16
