Detailed Job Description

The Director of Recruitment is responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the recruitment of graduate students. This position is also responsible for the development, supervision, and coordination of all activities related to the recruitment of new graduate students both on and off campus. The Director must work with faculty and staff in all programs and departments for graduate student recruitment.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of four (4) years' experience working with recruitment process at the collegiate level. Experience working with enrollment management software. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license required. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. preferred. Broad detailed knowledge of the University and its graduate programs. Knowledge with Talisma, Banner, and other UA Systems. Experience in Higher Education working with UA Faculty, UA Staff, and UA Students. 60 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 49878.36 Midpoint - $ 72321.60
