Informs students at various stages of their academic experience of the available university services and resources. Assists students with specific student account information in the following departments: Admissions, Registration, Records, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Student Identification. Assists students with on-line student services, i.e. admission application, on-line pre-advisement, financial aid, registration, student records, UV Link, e-mail, etc. Answers e-mails on the Instant Info e-mail account.
Knowledge of student advisement methods/techniques.
Skilled in the use of technology.
