Under direction of the Director of Admissions & Prospective Student Services, designs and creates printed and electronic materials for recruitment programs. Maintains Prospective Student Services webpage in collaboration with PSS Associate Director. Produces layouts for use in recruitment publications and maintains production schedule in collaboration with University Marketing. Assist with the creation of departmental social media campaigns.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree and one year experience in similar duties or an associate degree with three years experience in similar duties or any combination of education and experience totaling five years.
Knowledge of graphic design and the creative process for both printed and on-line materials.
Knowledge of creating budgets for projects.
Knowledge of admissions, registration and referral for prospective students.
Skill in broad range of graphic design computer applications including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Skill in organization.
Skill in interpersonal communication and decision-making.
Skill in working with vendors.
Ability to be flexible with creative design.
Ability to manage challenging workload with multiple timelines.
Ability to organize and execute activities for prospective students.
