DEAN, WARRINGTON CAMPUS - JOB #2279
The Dean, Warrington Campus position is a 12-month executive level position with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2015. The Dean, Warrington Campus serves as the chief administrative officer of the Warrington Campus, is responsible for oversight of the campus, and serves as the district supervisor for all health-related programs. The Dean will provide oversight to the Allied Health and Nursing departments as well as other assigned staff and supporting departments and will supervise and evaluate all personnel in direct line reporting. Additionally, the Dean will collaborate with district academic department heads and deans to develop course schedules for the campus; assist with coordinating the care, maintenance, and renovation of campus facilities and grounds in conjunction with appropriate College administrative staff; represent the campus at College and campus ceremonies and events; and provide support to, and serve as the point of contact for, faculty in departments other than the health-related departments who are assigned courses on the campus. This position reports to the Vice President, Academic Affairs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from a regionally accredited institution with a master’s degree in a discipline offered at the College; three years full-time teaching experience at a post-secondary institution; three years full-time administrative experience as an academic department head or higher. Successful results of a criminal background check are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer a doctoral degree or progress toward a doctoral degree; experience with curriculum development and revision; experience with ensuring compliance with accreditation standards; and experience writing and editing accreditation reports.
SALARY RANGE: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 (Depending on the qualifications, the salary is negotiable.)
