Under the direction of the Sr. Director and the Associate Director of IMS, the Coordinator of IMS is responsible for the day-to-day program execution IMS projects and initiatives. Will coordinate safety, logistical and operational support for in-bound and out-bound international programs, international internships and multi-cultural (short term) experiences and all other IMS programs.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree and two years professional experience in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.
Fluency in a second language preferred
Knowledge of the use of computers and standard software programs.
Knowledge of bookkeeping.
Knowledge of marketing, public relations, or advertising preferred.
Skill in communication, listening, writing, and speaking.
Skill in organization.
Skill in planning, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Skill in prioritizing and completing tasks expeditiously.desktop publishing software (preferred).
Ability to work both on one’s own and as a team player.
Ability to maintain confidentiality information confidentiality.
