Assistant Professor of Management to contribute to the central elements of the departmental and divisional mission by combining outstanding instruction with excellent research and service.
This position will contribute to the central elements of the departmental and divisional mission by combining outstanding research with excellent teaching and service. Anticipated teaching responsibilities include teaching both introductory and/or upper-level undergraduate courses in the Management and Leadership major consistent with candidate expertise and interests.
Doctorate in Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Behavior or closely related field (completed by December 31, 2016 for appointment to a second year). Candidate should show excellent teaching evaluations in the area of human resource management, organizational behavior, or strategic management; accepted/published research in highly regarded journals or evidence of strong research pipeline that would include such things as working papers or papers under review.
