Description of Duties:
This position provides support to the Finance Department Chair and faculty.
-Interfacing with other university departments
-Facilitating faculty activities
-Administrative duties within the office including photocopying, answering phones, filing, etc.
-Servicing graduate and undergraduate students
-Supervising the day to day activities of several work study students.
-Maintaining a professional office environment
Associate's Degree plus 5 years secretarial experience including 2 + years of supervisory experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to details are essential. Must be self-motivated and collaborate well with faculty, staff, students, parents, etc. Technical experience including MS Office is required.
Software Knowledge: MS office and ability to learn and utilize the Bentley systems including Banner and Discoverer/Bear Enrollment Systems.
