Provide research and administrative support to the office of Institutional Research and Information Analysis; this support may include:
Gathering, compiling, cleaning and/or entering data.
Assist with transcription and/or coding of qualitative data; Assist in programming, coordinating, and conducting survey research, focus groups and other data collection efforts by cleaning and analyzing data
Assist in producing, cleaning, and analyzing data files; Produce summaries of data from data sets
Assist in organizing, coordinating, and calendaring events; Assist front office by answering phones and providing customer service to walk-in traffic
Assist with general informational requests sent to the office; Assist with paperwork, filing, and other general office duties to support the office administrative staff
High school diploma or equivalent education plus one year of related experience.
Knowledge of/experience with SPSS, Tableau, Qualtrics, or other data analysis/collection tools and experience with or coursework in research methods, statistics, project management is helpful but not required.
Filing and knowledge of general office duties
