PhD degree, preferably in a field related to the AIC mission. A record of teaching experience in the United States, and a strong background in higher education is a necessity. Expertise in the development of academic curricula, budgeting, strategic planning, and the use of technology. The candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrate academic leadership with strong organizational and management skills. Must have the abilities to formulate and exercise sound policies and be able to identify, consult, and resolve institutional needs and priorities related to academic affairs.
Contract Duration: Initial hire will be for a renewable three-year contract.
