Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for revenue/enrollment targets as established by WEDD Management
• Builds, plans and develops both WEDD and Corporate College open enrollment offerings
• Develops new programs based on thorough market analysis of competitors from both higher education and the for-profit training sector
• Collaborates with Program Directors in planning efforts
• Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with instructors and training partners
• Manage all instructor and training partner relationships to include standards of performance
• Designs, facilitates and assesses implementation of open enrollment offering
• Develops internal training mechanisms to help internal College team and training partners understand current and new offerings
• Manages revenues and expenses using organizational budget control processes
• Builds, develops and maintains positive relationships with internal team and students
• Expands internal relationships and promotes use of WEDD/and Corporate College products and the coordination of all HR related activities

• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
• Master’s degree in Business, Education or related field
• Experience in training adults in an educational/training setting
• Three years demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful training initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in instruction and/or instructional design

Work Schedule

Standard College hours 8:30 – 5:00. Hours may vary depending on business units needs.
