As a direct report to the senior vice president, he/she also serves as a member of the senior vice president's staff and acts for the senior vice president in his absence. Responsibilities include overseeing business and finance operations including Accounting, Purchasing, real estate, risk management and other operations as may be assigned by the senior vice president. The successful candidate will direct the development and management of all financial regulations and internal controls and assist in the development and management of the university’s annual budget and long-range financial and business plans. A Master’s degree with four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is expected. Ability to work with advanced spreadsheets, general ledger accounting systems, and other general technology such as word processing, email, etc. Resumes will be accepted until August 1, 2011.
