As part of Information Services, the Information Analyst will work under the direction of the Information Analytics Manager and provide consultation, technical assistance and expertise to support the university's use of content management systems and reporting analytics. This position will work closely with other units within Information Services to leverage and maximize the use of existing technologies and services.

Work closely with the project manager in supporting, maintaining and documenting University collections using the enterprise web content management software.
Required to ensure data integrity and security at multiple levels.
Works with multimedia content and troubleshooting usability issues across multiple browsers, tablets and mobile technologies.
Leverage the integration of existing administrative and academic applications and new products based on client requirements.
Adapts quickly to related tasks and new software as needed.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience required in area of expertise.
Strong level of specialized knowledge to manage complex tasks, programs or projects.
Ability to develop standards and analysis of information, and reporting of data.
Attention to detail, upholding confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills-customer service.
Enterprise web content management software.
SQL Server relational database and XML data structures.
Middleware web service APIs including SOAP and REST.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Equella Content Management System is a plus.
