Detailed Job Description
The Coordinator of Constituent Communications will develop, implement and maintain communications with new applicants from prospect to enrollment and with current students. The communications will be directed to distinct populations, and will encompass admission, assessment, financial aid, academic advising, registration and orientation.
Associates degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Network Management and certification in Microsoft Office Systems.
Minimum of three years of experience in higher education.
Experience with Colleague by Ellucian, including Informer, Exact Target, Web Front End and Recruiter desired.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of customer service is required.
Ability to work in a structured setting, with established goals, procedures and policies.
Ability to work in a flexible weekly schedule to accommodate fluctuating staffing levels and the needs of Student Services.
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with prospective and current students, faculty, staff and the public.
Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with people of diverse interests, cultures, temperaments and expectations; and to resolve or mediate problems or conflict.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
