Detailed Job Description

Provide proctoring services to the Vandenberg Air Force Base community as part of University of La Verne’s National Testing Center.

Specific Duties

Administer CLEP, DSST, and proctored exams according to testing guidelines set forth by CLEP, Prometric, and various institutions. Includes monitoring of testers during testing sessions to maintain test integrity and performing other procedural testing requirements as needed. Includes logging into computerized testing systems, solving system connectivity issues, create and submit irregularities reports, and trouble shoot, correct, and report system test errors.
Complete necessary tasks in preparation of exam administration including managing sign in/out log; assign each tester testing station; verifying identification and eligibility. Perform regularly required test run of computerized testing system.
Maintain test confidentiality of passwords and testing materials and other information as needed.
Compile reports to test administrators as needed and required by USAF.
Maintain current on policies and procedures, including eligibility related to all tests delivered.

Bachelor Degree in any discipline
