Perform a variety of routine clerical duties in support of the Health Services staff and leadership. Greet and direct students to the appropriate individual/clinician; maintain standard paper and/or electronic files, and respond to or escalate inquiries received in person, in writing, via e-mail or telephonically.
Associates Degree required. Supplemental business /secretarial training preferred. Previous clerical experience preferably in a medical office setting or college health service environment. Previous experience with EMS systems required. Demonstrated computer experience and ability to use word, excel, and google. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to exercise discretion.
