Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree and one year of experience or any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.

Excellent communication skills, spelling, phone skills, conflict resolution. Must be able to work well with a variety of ages and ethnicities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality. Work under time restraints. Supervise and train up to 9 people. Have vision and be flexible. Must be able to work unsupervised.
