The position will report directly to the College President and performs complex and varied administrative duties related to the operations of the office.
A Bachelors Degree with four years of progressively responsible work experience is required. Experience providing CEO/Administrative support is highly desired. The successful candidate must have a commitment to the community college mission; demonstrate skills and knowledge in the areas of office management. Possess extensive knowledge of office practices and procedures, business English, spelling, grammar and composition; must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office—particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and must have the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals and maintain effective, diplomatic working relationships. Individual must have exceptional customer service skills, effective communication skills and be able to manage a highly complex office business in an efficient and professional manner.
Physical Requirements: Limited light stooping, bending and lifting associated with routine management of records and office supplies. All candidates are subject to a Criminal Background Investigation prior to any offer of employment.
