The position reports to the CIO of Technology Services and will be responsible for comprehensive computer support to all areas of the college.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and five years of related work experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years’ experience with supervision/management responsibilities of a front line team in a customer service focused organization is required. Management of a technical support team is desired. Must have experience utilizing help desk management systems including reporting and oversight of tickets. Experience with imaging software a plus. The individual must possess strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
Physical Requirements: Varied sitting, standing, bending, walking. Ability to lift up to 25lbs related equipment/office supplies. All candidates are subject to a Criminal Background Investigation prior to any offer of employment.
