Readying & opening of library building on weekends. Process ILL-Borrowing on weekends. Cover/supervise Service Desk & Circulation Processing duties. Produce marketing materials for library & library workshops. Run reports & maintain statistics for Resource Sharing & Circulation
*Prepare library and open the building on weekends. Manage & staff Service Desk & Processing Area during weekdays and weekends
*Process ILLiad Borrowing on weekends.
*Produce marketing materials for library & library workshops, including newsletter, posters, fliers, & displays; Provide setup assistance for library workshops.
*Troubleshoot & review technical issues with Millennium, ILLiad, etc before referring to library tech or tech librarian
*Set up & maintain alumni records & associate/community memberships, working as library liaison with University Advancement/Alumni Relations
*Process library room reservation requests on weekends and provide room reservation backup on weekdays
*Regularly run statistics reports on resource sharing & circulation of library materials
An undergraduate degree and one year library experience.
Prefer experience with Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design software, Millennium & ILLiad.
