The Management Department in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University is seeking a term faculty member in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources areas with a strong commitment to innovative teaching and student success.
The position starts August 2015 and is renewable on an annual basis.

The position requires the ability to effectively teach both on-site and online in the areas of General Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources as well as contributions to specific University-wide courses.
The ability to teach courses in compensation and benefits is particularly desirable.
In addition to teaching, the successful candidate will have a commitment to service including student advising, and the potential for intellectual contributions, research or practice.
A Ph.D. in Management or a related field is preferred. However, Ph.D. candidates who have successfully defended proposals, or candidates holding a Master's degree with a strong teaching record and an interest in scholarship will also be considered. Degrees must be from an accredited university.
