FULL-TIME FACULTY POSITION: NURSING INSTRUCTOR: (Division of Health Professions) (MCCC/MTA Unit Position) Anticipated Start Date: September, 2015. (Based on funding availability).
Teach classroom, laboratory, and clinical courses in the Associate Degree Nursing Program. Participate in curriculum development, implementation, evaluation and revision using defined program outcomes. Maintain office hours and advise students. Participate in College Services Activities.
Must hold a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in good standing. Possess an earned Master's degree in nursing, or possess an earned doctorate in nursing, for appointment to faculty of a Registered Nursing program. Possess a minimum of two years full-time experience in psychiatric nursing, or its equivalent, within the last five years and evidence of clinical competence in the area of clinical instruction; and maintain expertise appropriate to teaching responsibilities. Ability to work collegially and as a team member required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Salary: Anticipated starting salary range is $42,491.00 - $67,738.00 per academic year; complete fringe benefit package. Actual salary will be determined in accordance with classification determination of MCCC/MTA salary schedule commensurate with education and experience.
