The Director of Organizational Training, Strategic Planning and Elevator Maintenance is responsible for directing the engineering analysis and administrative execution of Organizational Training, Strategic Maintenance Planning and the Elevator Maintenance and makes recommendations and decisions on program delivery to organizational leadership. Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering and seven (7) years of experience in facilities management or a related field. Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier. Final candidate must submit to and successfully pass a post offer drug test.
