The position is not restricted by subfield. The Department is housed in a modern 150,000 sq. ft. interdisciplinary science facility boasting excellent instrumentation, equipment and support staff. The Department strives to maintain a personalized, student-centered approach to teaching and a collaborative approach to productive undergraduate research. The successful candidate will have a commitment to undergraduate education; will lead biochemistry curriculum development; will teach undergraduate level lecture and laboratory courses including general chemistry, biochemistry and specialized courses in the field of expertise; and is expected to establish a vigorous externally funded undergraduate research program.
