Manages the operations of the Tutoring and Academic Support Center during the evening hours; supervises evening tutors; works with the Coordinator and with relevant faculty to ensure consistency and quality of services; collections data and monitors of student progress; provides tutoring and facilitates group workshops in areas of expertise; refers students to College offices such as Life Map, Multi-media Language Lab and the Veterans Center as needed; assists with the development and implementation of special initiatives. Works collaboratively with the Coordinator to recruit, hire and train tutoring staff.Requirements:

Salary Range: $47,548.00-$50,000.00. Actual Salary Will Be Commensurate With Education & Experience in Accordance with MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Full state Benefits.
